CUPC 8.6 deskphone mode

Hello,

Help me pls,

I'm trying configuring CUPC in the Deskphone mode but with no success. The Softmode is ok (no errors).

CUPC - Server status and notifications:

CUCM IP Address - 172.16.x.x

Port - 2748

Protocol - QBE

Status - connecting (it remains on connecting)

CUCM - 9.1.2 unrestricted

CUPC - 8.6.3

I have found similar thread but with no answer

Firewall is switched off

Ping is ok

Port is opened

User associated with line and phone

User can control the desk phone and softphone

CTI is enabled

Is CCMCIP profile configured and assigned appropriately?
