I recently had to change the password for the AD account that we use for our LDAP configuration and authentication. I changed it both on the publisher callmanager (7.1.5) and primary unity connection (7.1.3) servers. The few CUPC users we have are now complaining that voice mail is no no longer working in their client. I have searched the unity and presence (8.0.4) servers but can't find where this account might be used. Of course the users have re-entered their passwords and even rebooted their systems. Any ideas how toremedy?
