CUPC and photo

Hi all,

We have integrated Presence with our Active Directory. We map Presence attribute Photo to Active Directory JpegPhoto and we can see photo in contacts see picture below:

But when we make calls using CUPC user's photos don't appear:

What could be the problem ? Any ideas ?

Re: CUPC and photo

Make sure that on the CUP server under Application > Cisco Unified Personal Communicator > LDAP Server, you are pointed to port 389 and NOT 3268.  The jpegPhoto attribute is not available in Microsoft Active Directory Global Catalog server (port 3868), and this attribute is not indexed (http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms676813.aspx).  Also I see that your BusinessPhoneNumber (Application > Cisco Unified Personal Communicator >Settings) is mapped to an AD attribute set to 67032948 but the dialed number is only 2945.  You'll need to moduify the directory lookup rules too so that the number in LDAP match to the called number (37032948 -> 2945).
