CUPC call gets disconnected or Failed conversation

Hi guys,

Have one user using CUPC. No matter he is taking incoming call or making outgoing call, calls won't last more than 50sec, sometimes calls even cannot established. On CUPC it's showing Failed conversation.

I checked the Server Health as well as CUCM, everything looks normal. Only this user is having this issue, no others.

Does anyone have the same issue?
