CUPC - Call Pop-up screen does not dissappear

Hello all,

I have read that it is not possible to disable the pop-up window that shows up when an incoming call arrives in CUPC.

I have one user (total of 40) in my network that has the following problem:

When he receives an incoming call, the pop-up window stays in his screen and does not dissappear. When the next call comes in, the next pop-up window also stays on the screen. After a few calls, he's screen is filled with pop-up windows from CUPC. This is quite annoying. This user works in a VDI environment (Citrix).

It looks like CUPC does not know when the call has ended. Might be a problem with CTI?

He's the only user with this problem, might be something on the (thin) client?
