Users contacts on their contact list will lose/gain information randomly. The information in question is when you mouse over the "phone" icon to the right of the username, usually you'll see title, location, phone number, etc. The issue is when this information does not show up and someone attepts to dial them from the CUPC client it fails because the information is not there. These users were added to the contact list while searching so they are not a custom contact that was added manually.
Any ideas on this one? I've attached a few screen shots to show the difference I'm seeing with my contact list but to note again this isn't a single client issue. The 1st screen shot is a "before" and the 2nd screen shot was taken after simply logging out and back into CUPC.
