We are running CM v5.1 and CUP 6.0(2) and the Instance Messaging piece is working. I am able to login and see contacts but I cannot control the phone from it. I read through guides and am pretty sure I have configured everything necessary. Anyone have any ideas?

I am pretty certain I have checked everything. With CM 5.1, there is no option to assign a user the the line but you can to the phone. I did associate the user to the phone and selected my primary line too.
