CUPC Desk Phone disabled


I'm trying to integrate CUCM with CUP and I'm having some trouble with the desk phone control.

I can already login using CUPC 8.5.5 and chat between two end users.

But all the "voice" features (i.e. call) is disabled.

Could someone please help me troubleshooting this?

Most likely you have not setup everything for the end user in CUCM and CUPS.

- End User in CUCM- give device control to the end user, CTI permissions, etc

- on the Device, associated the line to the End User

- Enable all capabilities in CUCM Licensing for CUPC End Users

- in CUPS, enable user for Deskphone Control check boxes

- In CUPS, make sure they have a CTI profile

Thank you.

End user wasn't associated with the device line.

Now I'm able to see phone status (if is available, in call, etc) but I still can't call using CUPC (i.e. right click -> call) and when I go to File - Options the Calls tab is disabled.

Any clue?

Sounds like something with CTI is not configured correctly between CUCM/CUPS.
