CUPC going into DND automatically

We have 1 user who is randomly going into DND mode on the Presence Client only. It does not effect the phone itself. In fact, one way to clear it is to press the DND softkey on the phone, to put the phone into DND mode, then press it again to get it out. It's happening 4-5 times a day.

I've taken a look at the CUPC detailed log, but I haven't been able to see why this is happening. Has anyone seen something like this?

We are using CUCM 6.1.3 with Presence 7.0.

There is a bug for this. YOu will probably have to open a TAC case for this.
