CUPC Presence not showing off hook from desk phone?

Hi There,

We have Presence & CUCM 8.5 deployed.

Everything seems to work ok (Deskphone control, IM, etc) except when your deskphone is Off-hook, it is not changing the presence indicator to busy.

I have checked all the usual suspects are OK:

• Service Paramater - SIP PUBLISH
  
• SIP Trunk has same CSS as devices
  
• Subscribe CSS
  
• Associated end user to line appearance
  
• Presence System troubleshooter does not show any errors
  

Any ideas on where to look?

I'd check the line association to user and user association to device.

Check owner ID on devices and subscribe CSS on device/user

I have checked all that:

• Controlled Device is the CSFdevice
  
• CTI Controlled Profiles has my device profile listed
  
• Extension mobility has my device profile listed
  
• My user device profile has my username associated on the line appearance
  
• My User has Subscribe CSS set & Standard presence group
  

Any more ideas?
