CUPC - Voicemail - UC 7

Hi,

I get a 'invalid credentials or account locked' on the server health status for voicemail server status.

I tried resetting the web and user password on UC7 but still get the same error message.

On Cup preference , I log in using the username and the voicemail or web password since they have the same password.

Any help appreciated.

could you be more specific on "I tried resetting the web and user password on UC7"? Where exactly did you do?

Hi Michael,

In unity connection 7, I pick the user and then change the web and voicemail password for this user.

I had this working on another setup but can't get it to work now, not sure what is going on.

By the way, everything else is working except the voicemail in CUPC.
