CUPS 8 softphone continues to ring

I am having a problem with CUPC 8 softphone that I am hoping someone can help me with.

Here is the scenario:

1. Answer call on CUPC 8 softphone

2. Receive a second call and answer it on hardphone

3. CUPC softphone continues to ring in the headset even though call was answered on the hard phone.

If I am not on the phone and answer a call on the hard phone CUPC does not contiue to ring.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot or do I need to open a TAC case?

Do a packet capture from CUPC computer and look at the SIP messages between CUPC and CUCM.
