CUPS instant messaging issue

Dear All,

Somtimes in the CUPS version 1.2, two users are appearing online(available), but when tring to send instant message to other user, the message failed and the sender seems to be offline in front of the receiver, but in fact he is online

when the sender logout and login again the problem solved !!!

why this happen and how we can fix it??

Sorry, its CUPC not CUPS

What versions of CUPS and CUPC? We had these issues in earlier versions, but I haven't seen it occur on CUPS 6.0.4/CUPC 1.2(3).

I have CUPS version 6.0.3 and CUPC 1.2(2.11220)
