CUPS : Unable to login to administration page

Hi

On CUPS v 7.0, there error displayed on the login page for CUPS is "Database Communication Error".

This usually happens when the hostname or IP address was changed.

What's the history of this box? Was it an upgrade or fresh-install?

I have the same issue. In my case it is fresh-install. What could be wrong?
