Can anyone tell me if you should see the same User Groups in the Presence administration page as you do in CUCM? All I see is Standard CCM Super Users and I am unable to add any. I am running CUCM 6.1.2 and CUPS 6.0.4

If you are asking if groups are replicated from CUCM to CUPS, then the answer is no. The CUPS server has different role sets and different user groups, so even the default groups are different in CUPS vs. CUCM.

I am not sure why you are not able to add any. I checked my lab setup and I can add groups without issue. Though I am not running CUPS 6.0.4.

By default, only the web admin account you specified during install would be a member of the Standard CCM Super Users group on CUPS. Are you using that account? If not, is the account you are using part of the Super Users group?
