CUSSM - Call Quality Summary Showing NA

I have a questions about why we are showing so much NA traffic in our Call Quality Summary reports on the Cisco Unified Service Statistics Manager. We are running versions 2.3 of CUOM (operations manager) and CUSM. CUSSM is version 1.3.  Our Call Manager is version 7.x and we are running with 7962G phones. I have attached a picture to this thread that shows the total amount of NA traffic we are receiving.

Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions.
