Custom CUE Attendant Script

Hello everyone,

i want to create a custom cue script that will support call queuing (like b-acd does). How can i do that ?

Hi,

This is not posible with a CUE script, to do that with a custom script you will need a UCCX script or as you said, you have to use the b-acd TCL script.
