Customizing Cisco PCA / Unity Assistant Website

I noticed the other day my Cisco rep. logged into his Cisco PCA website and it appeared to be modified. I am told that customers cannot brand or modify the Cisco PCA/Unity Assitant pages. I sure would like to modify and removes some features and change the look of the site. Any ideas?

As far as I know the PCA used internally is not modified (mine certainly isn't). Probabyl what you were seeing is the IT created "front" they put in front of several web apps including ours to handle their world-wide deployment layout - it looks a bit like the PCA interface but it's not the same thing...
