CUxAC 8.62.11 Syncing issue

Running into a few problems with this product.  We are on 8.62 CUCM as well and the syncing doesnt seem to be working right.   I do a CUCM sync and see a sucessful concusion (Shows a completed  sync)

However any changes in CUCM like names on extensions do not come across.   Also, I thought we we syncing this on a regular basis but looks like that has stopped as well.  I'll need to look that up later.

They other issue we have is when trying to transfer to certain extensions (likely newer ones) You get hold music for like 30 seconds then unity VM even though the person is available.

Any help or direction would be great.   Thanks!

Directory sync which had been setup somehow had gotten disabled.   Corrected most of my issues.
