Can anyone point me at some documentation on how to use the CVM Reset conversation? I can't seem to find documentation on how to set it up. I have a call handler, I have it answering, but no matter what phone number and password i use, i get "you are not an authorized system administrator"
CVM reset is for use by the Community Voice Mail organization (a non profit group Cisco works with). It requires special setup that is not supported on standard system. The conversation should be hidden in later versions of Unity for this reason.
