Hi

We have CWMS 2.7.1.2054.B

While joining the meeting we are getting "You are no longer connected to the meeting Automatically reconnecting"

and message repeats but can't join meeting. Attached the error message screen shot.

Internet option, we enabled the TLS 1.1, 1.2 and SSL 3.0 also webex plug-in also installed.

As of now webex is using self signed certificate.

Tried with IE, Chrome and Firefox but no luck

Pls. suggest.

Rgds

Dear All

Any suggestion?

Port issue, it was upgrade from 2.5 to 2.7, there is one port 10200 required to be opened between IRP and Admin.

Problem resolved.

Hello Rajesh,

I have the same error after upgrading from 2.7 MR2 to 2.7 MR2 Patch5.

The mentioned port is not listed in the deployment guide

I have this issue.

No firewall between my PC and the CWMS Servers

This start after an upgrade from 2.7 to 2.8.1.3084.B-AE

Browsers are configured to allow TLS1.x

Certificate was generated after the upgrade

But the problem continues...

Any ideas?
