Hi,
I have 1 CUCM Publisher10.5.2.10000-5 and 1 CUC Publisher 10.5.2 in VM environment.
Recently after power failure on site, the server went with error and asked to repair with recovery disk.
I had done the procedure and it was successfully completed. I was able to login from CLI , but it is not logging in to web console, it gives error:
database communication error.
I have attached pic for dbreplication status.
Kindly advice.

I'd strongly suggest you build a new server and do a DRS restore instead of trying to fix it, a server that has had that kind of issues, is not really reliable, and you might find further issues down the road.
