Hello,

We have in system two Date/time group, one in CET and other GMT. Our problem is with an IT department in CET.., when anyone from GMT call to IT dpt. apply the the target date/time group, we would need that apply the origin Date/time group. Any possibility?

Thanks

Anna.

Are you using ToD?? If so, you need to adjust that in your ToD config.

If you mean you somehow expect that if you call from a phone in GMT to one in CET so see the time change, no way to do that, otherwise, you'll have to elaborate and/or provide an example because your explanation doesn't make a lot of sense.

thanks Jaime,

i will try..

the issue is:

1)IT dept in  CET (at 9am) has a Hunt-pilot where call corporative users (work hour 9-18pm)

2)Corporative user in GMT (at 8am) calls to Hunt pilot and hear out hours msj. (it is not correct because IT is in work hours)

Thanks

Anna.

Thanks Jaime,

You are right!!!, the IT number is a Hunt List that belong to a partition with TD. We have configured in TD (Time zone = originating device). Could be this the problem i we have to change to (Time zone = specific time zone).
