dbwalker fails to run gives run-time error

I have downloaded dbwalker version 2.1.117 to run on a Unity 2.4.6.102 in preparation for an export (NT 4 SP 6a) and after installing it I get a run-time error trying to launch the tool. It says connecting to directory and then the run-time error -2147220299 (800404b5)

That usually means you're running the tool with an account that doesn't have rights to access the DOH (2.x didn't have SQL that newer versions of dbWalker connects to).

Try logging into the system as the account setup on the AvCsMgr service in the SCM and run it under that account.
