Debuging the international calling in voice router and ccme

I have a ccme 4.1 version is connected to the voice router 3745 series to send the international calls, how i can debug the voice router and ccme router 3845 to make sure the calls are sending in the proper format ( discarding the digits )

please help me to solve this big issue.

Run a debug isdn q931 on the voice router (if you make a call and nothing appears on the screen type term mon).

This will show you all of your inbound and outbound calls on your voice router. You should then be able to see how your calls are being presented and routed out.
