I have two business units that are now sharing an office and a single voice gateway and PRI. My Telecom Billing Coordinator wants to know how we are going to allocate their phone bill each month. My first though is to use Client Matter Codes and then run a report each month when the bill arrives but I don't want to burden the phone users with having the enter a CMC each time they make a phone call. Is there a way the CMC can be entered automatically when the user makes a call? Maybe something in the line settings or in a separate route pattern for each business unit? Any other suggestions?
