deleting users voicemails from UC 8 via admin login

I am a rather new Admin for CUCM and UC. I am looking for help in figuring out how to delete the messages of a users voicemail box with out deleting their account and creating a new one. I am using UC 8.0.3. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

not possible from admin page, can be done using bulk user delete tool , and one of the options is to flush a mailbox.

another method is to use ciscopca web page with the inbox feature and you can delete the vm's in bulk. You will need to know the users web password though - if its not ldap synced you can reset it if user does not use it.
