We are running Unity Connection 7.1.3.
We have a user that does not want the "caller input" to work at all. If a caller is in Unity Conn and presses any digit, they want nothing to happen, just continue to play the greeting.
Is there a way to disable the "caller input keys"?
Thanks
Trae

almost... set it to ignore AND locked. This casues Connection (or Unity) to ignore the key and throw it away without stopping the greeting...

Hi
If I recall correctly, you just set each action key to 'ignore'...
