I've researched to see if I can find an answer to this question and as to date, I haven't so I'm posting it here.
Is it possible for someone to dial directly to a Unity subscriber mailbox. For instance on our current voicemail system (Coral Message Center) if a user dials 1 and the extension (ex: 12348) it takes them directly to the user mailbox to leave a message. Is it possible to do this with Unity and if so how. Thanks in advance.

This is best when implented as a dialplan feature on the phone system. For example, here is a tech tip for CCM that will allow you to configure exactly what you describe (the tech tip uses * as the leading digit but it could easily be replaced with a 1).

Also, from within Unity callers can go directly to a subscriber greeting by dialing
