dial-by-extension-option with app-b-acd-aa-22.214.171.124.tcl
Using the default script from Cisco I arrive to select any option successfully except for the dial-by-extension-option. I only hear silence and get dropped after a while when I select "1" and after the next prompt an internal extension. Did anyone have the same experiences or even a hint how to come around the problem?
