Dial Out from Unity

After installing a new unity server I have all the ports registered with Call Manager 5.1. However, when I dial the pilot point number it just rings and rings. I am curious why the opening greeting is not picking up?

Detailed CallManager and SDL traces should give you more information on what is going on.
