We are starting to use Nextel cellphones and have found out the maximum characters in the paging device is 32 for outgoing notification. There is a need for 38 in our case, is there a way to increase the number of characters the extra character field takes?

Can you break up the dialstring between the "Phone Number" field and "Extra digits" field? This can be done through the SA or in Unity Assistant. Unfortunately, I don't believe it can be set through the TUI.
We already have it broken out. In the phone number field, we have the Nextel's access number with a 7 sec. delay for the extra digits. What I have shown is extra digits field info. to deliver the information to the cell phone once we connect to Nextel's system.
