Environment is 11.5 in cluster.
I have been asked to check if its possible to dial by first and last name. Currently, system is setup to accept first name only. If last name is spelled, system returns a message stating no user with that name.
Is it possible to setup AA with "press 1 to dial by first name or press two to dial by last name".
