This was probably asked in the past...
I have CCM 4.1(3) and Unity 4.0.4
Do you know an easy way for the attendant to transfer a call to a users voice mailbox (without making the users extension ring).
I was trying to do this by using a Unity Call Handler but so far I did not find a way.
Any quick ideas?

This is a way also
Get a dial tone
Press * (star key)
Dial Extension
Listen to voicemail recording or press # to leave a message.

This only works if the callmanager is programmed correctly...

That link is not showing up for me... probably because almost 3 years have passed since this was originally posted. Can anyone help me get a upto date link on how to accomplish this (star+extension -> Voicemail) ??

When you see links like the one posted, just delete the "partner" portion and you are good to go :)
