I cannot find a setting that will allow the customer to modify how many letters are entered for the subscriber name before a match is announced. Is there a way to shorten it to 3 letters of their last name?
I didn't find anything myself, but you could always shorten the Timeout if no input and shorten the Timeout after last input. Just a thought.
