DiRT backups and exm files

We have a site where configuring alternate extensions is not possible and must rely on extension remapping to manipulate digits to Unity. Can anyone tell me if the .exm files are backed up when using DiRT? And if not, might there be a plan to back it up in the next release of DiRT?

Re: DiRT backups and exm files

As the help for DiRT state, it does not restore any switch specific information since it cannot assume you are using the same switch integration on the new server as on the old (it's common to use DIRT when moving from PBX to CM for instance).

It's up to you to configure the switch integration on the new installation - this includes the extension remapping functionality.
