Does Cisco have a recommended RS232 to USB to allow Crestron Control for a SX20?
I have a SX20 that is in a state where a connected Crestron Control panel can control the menu functions of the codec but not camera control is available. If the client picks up their SX20 remote they can control the camera but can't navigate the menus, it seems as if the codec is trying to communicate to both control methods.
We've reviewed and checked many items but I figured it might be worth verifying if the Serial to USB dongle is supported by Cisco. Does Cisco have a recommended list of RS232 to USB dongles that allow proper Crestron Control for a SX20?
Also, has anyone run into a situation similar to this one?
