Doesn't see the reason codes nor the logout codes.

One of our call center user log off from the cisco agent desktop application,he doesn't see the reason codes nor  the logout codes. Please help me how to fix this. 

We are using Cisco Application Administration - 7.0(1)SR05_Build504 and CUCM version 7.1.5.33900-10

Doesn't see the reason codes nor the logout codes.

Most likely because he isn't in the workflow group. Use Desktop Administrator in the Related Links section. There will be a Personnel section that you can review workflow membership of all agents within.  CAD only picks up changes to a workflow group at startup so ensure they exit the client after you make a change.
