I need help with a puzzle. I have a CUCM version 9.1 and an Attendand Console Enterprise 9.1. The fact is that client wants that incoming calls to Attendand Console hear a Welcome message+music while the operator can take the call in any moment. I've configured in AC that arrivals calls hold on automatically and CUCM plays the Welcome+music as MoH. The problem is that, first caller listens the MoH from the beggining but following callers hear the MoH from the point the previous one left. I've tried to use the welcome message as initial and periodic announcement ( welcome message should be played every 30 sec), but the same thing happens. Does anyone have any idea about how to resolve the puzzle?
