Download RTMT from CallManager 4.1??

I try to download from Cisco CallManager Admin WebPage Plugin RTMT, via a connection of Cisco VPN Client. We connect to the server with a IPSEC account. So I can´t download the plugin from it

I know the only way is from the CCM. You know another way???

Have someone download and save the plugin locally or to a network share that you can access via VPN.
