dtmf tone issue

Would like to know if anyone can answer

Call flow :

toll free number ->isdn(voice gateway) -> call manager (sip trunk) -> termination number -> cti ports -> press option 8 successfully -> prompt for account id -> cannot recognised at all when keying in the account id.

dtmf tone issue

Some CTI applications only support out-of-band DTMF relay; CCX is an example of this. The most common choice on SIP trunks is in-band DTMF relay through RFC2833. Try adjusting your SIP dial-peers to send both in- and out-of-band DTMF:

dtmf-relay rtp-nte sip-kpml
