Dual Integration drops calls

I am still receiving complaints about Unity cutting off outside callers. I've listened to some of these cut-off messages and the audio levels are strong and the quality is relatively clean. (Not all cut-offs involve cellular calls).

Almost all cut-offs involve forwarded calls from Centrex subscribers via the Dialogic interface. The Call Manager VoIP calls seem to be unaffected.

I believe I tried all the various voice trouble shooting tips.

I am running Unity 4.0.3 with a Dialogic Card using Centrex integration. Call Manager is 3.3.3 Sr3.

Calls to the Dialogic card DO NOT PASS through any Cisco products on the way to the card. (No gateways, routers, etc. These port feeds are POTS CENTREX lines)

Any thoughts?

Just wondering if you had any joy with this problem.I have a similar problem with transfer issues between Avaya switch and Unity via dialogic cards.

Call manager voip calls are unaffected.

s/w used on unity and call manager match yours exactly.

Any info would be appreciated.
