DUCS client

i installed the ducs client on every subscriber machine but when i try to open a voice mail i receive this error "the domino unified communication client must be installed

Make sure that the correct template is applied to the user's mail box. DUCs looks in the "Voice Inbox" on a Lotus mail file to see if there are messages there. If a file doesn't get tossed in there, the DUCs client won't play it as a voice message.

Make sure this mail box isn't throwing any errors to your event log either such as "not monitored" or "not synchronized".
