Duplicate Services on CIPC 8.6.3

Hi

I have installed the 8.6.3 version of CIPC. I notice that when i click on the services button I see the Extension Mobility Service duplicated. I see only one service configured in "Subscribe/Unsubscribe Services".

Any idea what could be causing this duplication of Services??

Hi,

Did you create 2 EM services (i.e. one for the PUB and one for the SUB)? The only reason why I can think of is that for redundancy you created the service on both servers.

If this happens only with the CIPC I would suggest to delete it and readd it on CUCM and probably reinstall it on the PC as well.

No I have not created 2 EM services. This happens with CIPC and that too only for one particular user..re installaing the CIPC and recreating his profile also didnt help

Any suggestions
