2 Unity Servers integrated via Digital Network, when I am addressing a message and enter the extension I get a reply that "there are 2 matching names, press one for (it reads back the extension), press 2 for (plays recorded name). This is the same user, has anyone experienced this?

Try resyncing the AD and GC and see if that fixes it.

Unity tools -- diag -- dohproptest

click ok then ignore AD monitor resync all and GC monitor resync all.
