Our Attendant Console service occasionally stops and calls to the main line get a busy signal. Unfortunately, we have to wait until someone notices this and notifies us before we're aware of it so we can restart the service.
Is there a way to get an e-mail alert when the service stops?
Our primary admin was laid off and I've become the caretaker and don't have a lot of knowledge on the system.

The feature you're looking for is in 'RealTime Montiroing Tool' (a.k.a. RTMT).
To download RTMT, go to CCMAdmin > Application > Plug-ins.
