Hello

Please advice if there is support at the following specs, and by which products.

Standard ECMA-269 6th edition (June 2004) ? Services for Computer Supported Telecommunications Applications (CSTA) Phase III

? Standard ECMA-323 3rd edition (June 2004) ? XML Protocol for Computer Supported Telecommunications Applications (CSTA) Phase III

? CSTA for SIP Phone User Agents (uaCSTA) as described in ECMA Technical Report TR/87, Using CSTA for SIP Phone User Agents (uaCSTA), 1st Edition (June 2004)

I found a couple of references to CSTA on cisco.com:

I did some searching internally, but did not find much.

It looks like you are probably a Cisco reseller. Your best next steps are to contact your Cisco Channels Systems Engineer (if you are a Cisco reseller/partner) or your Cisco Systems Engineer if you are a Cisco customer/not a reseller. They will be able to make appropriate queries to the Unity management based on your specific needs.
