Unity 4.04sr1 - Email notification only shows the number of voicemails below:
You have VM
Voice Count: 2
Anyway for it to go into more detail and show caller ID for each voicemail call?

I believe the feature you are looking for was added in Unity 4.2(1). There's a blurb on it here in the Release Notes...
"Providing Caller Information with Text Message Notifications"
