Enterprise Attendant Console - Directory Filter

I just set up CUEAC version 8.6.2.11 with CUCM version 8.5.1.10000-26. I have a problem with Directory on Client console. It shows just very much all users from CUCM End Users option, but did not have any device associated to those users. Also since CUCM is integrated with LDAP, it has a lot of users that do not have any device associated in CUCM. How can I just query for users that have phone assigned in CUCM. I have looked at the filter option and have tried couple, but it does not seem to help.

Hi Dat,

If there is no directory filter, and users are not showing up in AC client, please check the 'telephone number' field in call manager user page (cucm > user management > end user > ..).
