Error during installation of cisco server 2003 OS

Hi,

I am new to cisco voice, recently I need to install unity 5.0 for a new HP server DL320G4. I used the 2003 server DVD that cisco provided sometime ago but got an error message "Bad image..." while it is verifing the SCSI. I had tried installing the same DVD on another same model server but still receive the same error message. Appreciate your response. Thanks.

Hi Donny -

Here is the supported Unity platforms, which do mention the DL320G4 server and its specs -http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6789/ps5745/ps2237/product_data_sheet0900aecd802132ef.pdf

The specs mention SATA drives, not SCSI. I've never used the platform discs, so I don't know if this is what is causing your problem.
